1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CheapGymMembership.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Directory and Listings
The Site is an informational directory of affordable gym memberships, budget fitness centers, and low-cost health clubs across the United States and Canada. Listings and paid placements do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of provider qualifications, facility safety, equipment, pricing, or suitability. Users should independently confirm a gym's membership terms, amenities, and cancellation policies before joining.
3. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site, including articles and guides, is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, fitness, financial, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your health or fitness.
4. Listing Requests and Claims
Listing requests and claims are reviewed by our team before any changes are published. Submitting a request does not grant edit or administrative permissions, does not guarantee publication, and does not activate Featured status. Paid placements are confirmed separately after review.
5. Limitation of Liability
CheapGymMembership.com and Directory Holdings are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing, advertisement, or third-party content linked from the Site.
